Thurstons has easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The sea is just six miles away. It takes just over 20 minutes to get to Aldeburgh and a little longer to reach the RSPB reserve at Minsmere.

Framlingham is 10 minutes drive away.

The international concert hall at Snape takes just over 15 minutes to reach by car.

Rendham is between the market towns of Saxmundham and Framlingham. Each has a good selection of shops, as do nearby Peasenhall and Yoxford.

There is a good range of pubs and restaurants providing excellent food within a short drive of Thurstons.

The rail station at Saxmundham is 3.5 miles distant. Trains run directly to London every 2 hours.
